Originally built in 2012 and fully renovated with new furnishings in late 2019, this residence provides a true home-away-from-home experience for traveling professionals and leisure guests.

Parking & Building Access

Designated Parking: Includes complimentary private parking stall #50 accessed via Strickland Street (angle parking located between the Whitehorse Star building and Up North Adventures; the last stall on the left against the large green electrical box with a winter plug-in outlet).

Check-In Instructions: Seamless, contactless entry via lockbox located under the covered parking structure at the EAST end of the building (5th box from the top on the right, labeled with a 'Yukon Built' sticker and 'NL'). The key fob provides secure access to the main building entrance, elevator, and garbage facilities.
